It's fixed with a small addition to the SK plugins. Great stuff. Now I'll get to test if it really works. Other than the comment stuff, I don't think I've stumbled across other bugs. You only need to create a database, put the user information for wp-config.php, put all files in XAMPP folder and run install. Just like you do in your web domain. And I'm determined to get that article finished soon so I had to try this out. I could’ve waited too I guess, but I’m a sucker for new gadgets, and new WP versions.
