I'd like to pass around the take-a-screenshot-of-your-desktop-and-disable-your-icons 'virus' whenever someone doesn't lock their PC, but then I'd never get any work done. We make such a deal about passwords (tons of sensitive financial data), but then they log in and walk away all day. :mad: Very subtle. We are urged to lock our computers at work every time we leave the desk but one in our tech team always forgets it, so our boss sneaked by and wrote that in Word -- to teach a lesson.
