Got me some shades
Got myself some eye protection for the Oz trip (not the prison):
Nike Dawson P. It was just one of those “gotta-get-those at first sight” moments. (They were just the nicest ones in that selection… I’m not much of a shop-hopper except when I’m trying to find the best price for a computer game.) They’re light, thin-framed, and neutral. Just like me! Except for the lightness… and thinness… and neutrality, too, I guess.
Those are great! They remind me of the Matrix, even though I know they’re not like the ones in the Matrix. Cool, man.

They are pretty great! My old sunglasses don’t fit very well (they are a bit too sporty and big,too) and so they pull my lower eyelids down — I don’t want to get bags under my eyes (from wearing sunglasses, that is, non-stop tiredness will do that eventually anyway)!
Now, I haven’t test driven them yet because, frankly, we don’t have any sun or snow that would cause snow-blindness. My old sunglasses reflect my eyes, eyelashes, and eyebrows into the field of vision in blue, red, and purple which also has stopped me from wearing them. Hopefully the new glasses won’t do that.
