{"id":525,"date":"2006-11-04T19:06:01","date_gmt":"2006-11-04T17:06:01","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.all-things-me.net\/blog\/2006\/11\/04\/in-search-of-the-perfect-theme"},"modified":"2025-07-27T21:26:26","modified_gmt":"2025-07-27T18:26:26","slug":"search-for-perfect-theme","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.all-things-me.net\/blog\/2006\/11\/04\/search-for-perfect-theme","title":{"rendered":"In search for the perfect theme"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Via <a href=\"http:\/\/nseries-mobile.blogspot.com\">Nokia Nseries blog<\/a> I found the theme &#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/my-symbian.com\/forum\/viewtopic.php?t=28138\">Pearl Black<\/a>&#8221; which is a step in the right direction (that is, it isn&#8217;t BLUE!).<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"image\" width=\"240\" height=\"320\" src=\"http:\/\/www.all-things-me.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2006\/11\/theme_pearlblack.jpg\" alt=\"Nokia theme Pearl Black\" \/><\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s a black version of the default theme <a href=\"http:\/\/www.all-things-me.net\/blog\/?p=503\">I was using at the very beginning<\/a>. The background is a little silly but it&#8217;ll do. Check out the music player:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"240\" height=\"320\" src=\"http:\/\/www.all-things-me.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2006\/11\/pearlblack_music.jpg\" alt=\"Music Player on Pearl Black theme\" class=\"image\"  \/><\/p>\n<p>I also tested out a theme by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.babinokia.com\/\">Babi<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.babinokia.com\/?p=152\">Only Black v2<\/a>, but it is <em>very<\/em> black (looked really good,though).<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ve seen a really cool purple theme on N95. I wonder if it&#8217;s available somewhere&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Update: And the search goes on&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.casualtek.com\/kooky-phone-theme-pour-nokia-s60v3-n80-e-series-etc\/\">Kooky Phone<\/a> is quite nice, too. It <a href=\"http:\/\/e61life.com\/?p=110\">won the theme competition<\/a> at <a href=\"http:\/\/e61life.com\/\">e61life<\/a>. There&#8217;s a full and light version. I installed the light version because it uses the default icons.
