In most of the assignments I was clueless (I got them to work though&#8230; cluelessness has never stopped me from getting programs to work) and I worked on the final assignment &#8212; adventure game  &#8212; for a looooooong time (to wee hours) and there was a pretty bad X-Files expert system too (2nd last assignment). Bad in the way that if you didn&#8217;t know how to answer (it was trying to recognise episodes based on various information) you&#8217;d get &#8220;No such episode!&#8221; (or whatever I had there&#8230;) in the end. I still got 2.5.<\/p>\n<p>Today I&#8217;ve been coding (in Perl) a &#8220;Terminator&#8221; <img src=\"https:\/\/www.all-things-me.net\/blog\/wp-includes\/images\/smilies\/icon_razz.gif\" alt=\":P\" class=\"wp-smiley\" style=\"height: 1em; max-height: 1em;\" \/> Actually, it&#8217;s a script that picks terms from the ontology I&#8217;ve made and formats them nicely in an <abbr title=\"eXtensible Markup Language\">XML<\/abbr> file (for <abbr title=\"eXtensible Stylesheet Language\">XSL<\/abbr> transformations for example).<br \/>\n*lamp blinks above*<br \/>\nI just thought of an improvement&#8230;<br \/>\n*goes back to coding*<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Phew&#8230; I got results from the dreaded Prolog course.
