I left Sydney at 5 pm on Sunday 25th, waited for my transferring flight in Frankfurt from around 5:30 am (to 10:45 am) on Monday 26th and arrived in Helsinki around 2:30 pm on Monday. Now, twenty past six pm the tiredness suddenly crept up on me but I can&#8217;t give up. If I sleep at this time of day, my internal clock will be all messed up.
